Gudju Gudju – Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Policy

Eligibility: Only clothing and accessories are eligible for return or exchange. Visual arts, including any artwork or custom designs, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or an incorrect item is shipped.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact—to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Items outside of this period will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Visual Arts: All art purchases (including prints, paintings, sculptures, and other visual pieces) are final sale, unless the item was received damaged or in error.
  • Sale Items:Products sold on clearance or with special promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@gudjugudju.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • For exchanges, specify the item you would like to receive.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

4. Returns & Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@gudjugudju.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.

We will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including the shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your exchange or refund.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for clothing and accessories.
  • We cannot guarantee the availability of all items for exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

8. International Orders
For international returns and exchanges, please note:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.
